We charge a trip fee of $59, which covers the cost of a technician's visit to diagnose the issue with your appliance. During this visit, our technician will provide you with an accurate quote for the cost of repairs.
We offer three tiers of repair pricing based on the complexity and size of the repair needed. For small repairs, we charge a flat fee of $59. For average repairs, our price is $99. For large repairs, our pricing starts at $199 and may increase depending on the specific needs of your appliance.
We believe that our pricing structure is competitive and reflects the quality of our services. Our technicians are trained and experienced in diagnosing and repairing all types of appliances, and we stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty policy.

Our dryer vent cleaning service starts at $99. This includes the cleaning of the dryer itself. Venting will be inspected both to see if cleaning is recommended and if it is possible with our equipment. Additional vent cleaning starts at $79.
We stand by the quotes provided if you request one via the "Build-A-Combo" form on our website. We want to ensure that our customers have access to transparent pricing and reliable service, and we believe that providing accurate quotes is an important part of that commitment.
Please note that these prices do not include any mileage charges that may be applicable if you live more than 25km away from Brooks. For appointments that are farther than 25 km from the Brooks City Centre, we charge a mileage fee to cover the cost of transportation to and from your location. The mileage fee is charged at a rate of $0.75 per kilometre one way, for each visit. For example, if you live in Rosemary would be 30.5km x $0.75 = $22.88.
We believe that our mileage fee is competitive and reflective of the additional cost of transportation that we incur for these appointments. Additionally, we work hard to provide our customers with the most efficient and cost-effective transportation options possible.

Scott’s Appliance Services strives to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction and service quality. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers both parts and labour for a period of 30 days.
Our warranty policy is designed to give our customers peace of mind and protection against any unforeseen issues that may arise after their appliance has been repaired. If any part that we replaced or repaired fails within 30 days from the date of service, we will replace or repair it at no additional cost to you.
Please note that our warranty policy only applies to the parts and labour that we provided during the original service. Any additional repairs or modifications made to the appliance after our service will not be covered under our warranty.

If the replacement part that we install does not fix the problem with your appliance, we will refund half of the cost of the part. We believe that our customers should only pay for the parts that are necessary to repair their appliances, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Please note that our refund policy only applies to the cost of the part that was installed by our technicians. Labour and service fees are not refundable under this policy. Additionally, we reserve the right to inspect the appliance and verify the cause of the issue before processing any refunds.
